Residence #94 is located in the Vaartstraat in the city center of Leuven. The railway station is a 15 minute walk, the library and the ‘Oude Markt’ are only 10min on foot. Most faculties of the KU Leuven are within 1,2 km distance.

The living units in #94 consist of 11 to 14 rooms with a separate entrance. Each unit has its own common kitchen, bathroom (wheelchair accessible) and storage room. There is a large recreation room with TV, table tennis, pool table, kicker and darts and a terrace that connects to the large garden.

The modern rooms are fully furnished with oak furniture. The comfort rooms have a private bathroom. There are 3 studios.

# 94 was developed in close collaboration with the KU Leuven and exceeds the quality standards of other rooms in the city.
